<br />The final rates from the study were as follows: <br /> Based on the above recent changes in wholesale water rates with SPRWS, city staff projected the <br />following future water rates increases: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />As it can be noted in the graph below, with the proposed water rates increases the water fund is <br />anticipated to maintain a positive cash balance, approximately 3 months of operating expenditures.
