<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />HOW DO WE COMPARE: <br />The below information was compiled by using six neighboring cities (St. Paul, Mendota Heights, <br />Maplewood, Falcon Heights, Rossville, Arden Hills) <br /> <br />Note: that 2024 current rates have been used for comparison purposes since 2025 rates are not available. <br />The yellow bar is Little Canada’s 2024 rate, and the green bar is the proposed 2025 rate. <br /> <br />As noted in the graphs City of Little Canada sewer rates are 2nd lowest, when comparing in 2024. The <br />below analysis assumes a quarterly flow of 12,000 gallons. <br /> <br />When comparing Little Canada sewer bill ($75.12) with the lowest city quarterly sewer bill (Maplewood <br />$74.67), Little Canada charges 0.60% more. Further, when comparing with the highest city quarterly <br />sewer bill (Arden Hills $145.41), Little Canada charges 93.57% less for its sewer. The average sewer bill <br />for all six cities is $94.97, Little Canada charges 26.42% less for its sewer when compared to the average <br />bill. <br /> <br /> <br />
