Sewer only accounts – These are accounts that are on a personal well system for water <br /> <br />2. Fixed accounts – These are the accounts that are not on city’s water and are connected to city <br />sewer (Vadnais Heights and Maplewood accounts) <br /> <br />3. Sewer billed on water usage – All other accounts that are on both city’s water and sewer <br /> <br />
