building, the complex may have two freestanding signs identifying the complex
<br />in accordance with the following:
<br />(1) Only one (1) sign per street frontage. A lot shall have at least 500 feet of
<br />total street frontage to be allowed two signs.
<br />(2) Such signs may be located no closer than five feet to any street right-of-
<br />way.
<br />(3) Where more than one shopping center identification sign is to be located on
<br />such property, no such sign shall be located less than 40 feet from point of
<br />intersection of property lines.

<br />916.070 FREESTANDING SIGNS
<br />
<br />A. All freestanding signs, excluding billboards, shall conform to the following provisions:
<br />1. Location. No freestanding signs shall be located within five feet of the property line.
<br />2. Parking Areas, Driveways. No part of any freestanding sign shall obstruct a required
<br />parking space or driveways.
<br />3. In addition to the area maximums set by zoning districts, the Table of Permitted
<br />Freestanding Sign Areas and Heights sets additional constraints on the maximum area
<br />and height of freestanding signs. (See Table 916-2)
