<br />Little Canada City Code 827-9 <br />plants, adult-use cannabis flower, adult-use cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, <br />and hemp-derived consumer products that are not removed by a customer, cannabis business, <br />or hemp business are disposed of in a manner approved by OCM each day of the event. <br />4. Transportation. The cannabis event organizer shall ensure that the transportation of cannabis <br />plants, adult-use cannabis flower, adult-use cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, <br />and hemp-derived consumer products intended for display or sale and all such items used for <br />display or not sold during the cannabis event are transported to and from the cannabis event by <br />a licensed cannabis transporter. <br />5. Retail. Retail areas of the temporary cannabis event shall be in compliance with the provisions <br />of MN Statute 342.40(7) as may be amended <br />6. Insurance. Certificates of insurance may be required to ensure the public safety and welfare. <br />7. Noise. Any noise generated by the event shall be regulated in accordance with City Code <br />Chapter 2801. <br />8. Food. In the event food will be served at the temporary cannabis event, an appropriate food <br />license must be obtained through the county department of public health <br />9. Other Permits. Any other applicable permit such as an electrical permit or a tent permit, must <br />also be obtained by the cannabis event organizer prior to the event occurring <br /> <br />827.180 Severability. <br />If any Section, clause, provision, or portion of this ordinance is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid <br />by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
