Vacation Mrs. Nardini introduced the Lollowing resolution moved its adoption: <br />Jackson St. <br />(Cont.) RESOLUTION NO. 83-4-146 - VACATING 'PHAT PORTION OF <br />JACKSON ST. AS INDICATED IN THE NOTICE OF HEARING. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 159. <br />Chuck Mr. Chuck Wiger appeared before the Council in regard to his interest in <br />Wiger being appointed to a new Metro Council District which includes Little <br />D9et Council Canada. The Council decided it was premature for them to go on record <br />to support Mr. Wiger at this time. <br />Frank Kath htr. Frank Kath appeared before the Council requesting a landfill permit <br />Landfill for his property fronting on Morrison, Demont and McMenemy. <br />The Council discussed the need for drainage in this area. Also, ease- <br />ments for a swail would have to be determined before this landfill <br />could be developed. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RGSOLUTION NO. 83-4-147 - TABLING THE MATTER OF THE <br />FRANK KATH LANDFILL UNTIL THE NEXT REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 160. <br />Vendor Mr. Glenn Baron appeared before the Council representing the Blue Bell <br />License Ice Cream, Inc., requesting a Wagon Vendor License to sell ice cream <br />Blue Bell in Little Canada. <br />Ice Cream <br />Mr. Raymond Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />R~SOLUTION NO. 83-4-148 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR <br />THE BLUE BELL ICE CREAM WAGON VENDOR LICENSE. <br />The foregoing resolutio^ was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 161. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-4-149 - REQUIRING PROOF OF LIABILITY <br />COVERAGE FOR THE BLUE IIELL ICE CR~AM WAGON VENDOR <br />LICENSE. <br />Page 3 <br />
