Vendor The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />License Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberq, Nardini, Scalze. <br />(Cont.) Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 161. <br />Bridge The Minnesota Department of Transportation sent a report concerning <br />L. C. Rd. the bridge on Little Canada Rd. and 35 E, primarily as information at <br />this time. They are requestinq that the bridge be part of the 1984-87 <br />improvement program. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-4-150 - REQUESTING THAT THE BRIDGE <br />ON LITTLE CANADA RD AND 35E BE PART OF THF MINNESOTA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION 1984-87 IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM. <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Iianson, Fahey, Forsberq, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 162. <br />Masseurs The City Council received a request regarding the practice of Holistic <br />Licensing Massage in the City of Little Canada. <br />It was the opinion of the City Attorney that a license for this practice <br />would be required only if it applies to the masseur or masseuse in any <br />licensed establishment, which refers to a licensed sauna. <br />City Mr. Sweeney, the City Attorney submitted to the Council a Certificate <br />Property of Title which determines the City's clear title to the property on <br />Demont Demont Ave. The land is being appraised at this time. <br />Iona Lane The City Engineer has reviewed the petition for concrete curb on Iona Ln. <br />Curb The petition stipul.ates that it reserves the right of refusal if bids <br />Petition exceed $4.50 per foot. Since the low bid received last year was <br />$6.00 per foot Mr. Carley recommended that the petition be returned <br />with no action. <br />Mr. Chlebeck, City Clerk was instructed to send a letter with a copy <br />of the Engineer's report to the petitioners. <br />Assessment Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Reappor- <br />tionment RESOLUTION NO. 83-4-151 - APPROVING ASSESSMFNT <br />REAPPORTIONMENT FOR DIVISION NO. 058006 <br />D/P 0032 - Aud-0425 <br />D/P 1814 - ~ud-1814 <br />D/P 1886 - Aud-1886 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Nrs.
