Mr. Brody reported that the amendment caas developed <br />Standi.n€; through meeti.ngs with the City Planner and review of si.~n or.di.nances <br />Siqns. of some other. ci.ties. Mr.. I3rody reported that he made a comparison <br />of the other ordinances and foimd the LittLe Canada mrdinance to be <br />the most restrictive as it applies to Mi.nnesota Street. <br />Mr. Fahey as(ced if there were other cities not included in the <br />comparison that were more restrictive than Little Canada. Mr.. T3rody <br />repli.ed thaC [here were not. <br />Mr. Brody r.eporCed that the new ordinance provides that a comUination <br />of free standi.nh si.gns and wa11 and window signs cannot exceed 15% of <br />the f.ront buildi.n~; silouette. <br />Mr. T~rody showed the Counci.l. the proposed pylon sign for the Little <br />Canada Ma11.
