The mi.nutes reference <br />ehat a temporary encLosure was requested for a period of one year. <br />Pahey also suggested that the I3uilding Inspector inspect the bui.lding. <br />Mr. Pahey i.nformed P1r. T3ode that the CiYy was willi.ng to worlc with <br />him an<( give him ti.me to correct any probl.ems with the bui.lding. <br />Mrs. Sca].ze react Mr. l~ode a portion of the mi.nutes of the previous <br />Coimci.l meeti.ng which indicates that a temporary strucCUre was <br />requested. Scalze informed P1r. 13ode that the meet~ing was also <br />taped and that he couLd listen to these tapes. <br />P1r. Porsber.g indicated that the Counci-I. cannot do special favors for <br />someone and not requi.re them to comply with code. Mr. Porsber~; <br />indicated that the Ci.t:y i.s wilLi.ng to coorlc wi.th i3ode. <br />Mr. Por.sberg al.so reported that the City i.s no longer pursuing the. <br />matter of. the actditional curb cut. L'ahey i.ndicated that che letter <br />of credit for the curb cut could now be released. <br />L1nd Fill ruel. Lconomy has requested a land fill permi.t for a porti.on of their <br />Permi.t property roughtly 25 feet wi.de runni.n~; north and south the length of. <br />FueJ. Economy the property. <br />Addition To Fuel Economy reported that the ar.ea will be covered ~vith crushed <br />'Phe A~;enda bladcCOp and wi11 be used for driving over and the storage of <br />Crailer.s. <br />The Cit:y Engineer reportec! that he has revie~oed the request and <br />recommended approval.
