MINUTBS TO THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTL~ CANADA, MINNESOTA Sune 22, 1983 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of June 1983 in the Council Chambers of the City Centier located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey Councilman Mr. Dennis Forsberg Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck City Enqineer Mr. Donald Carley City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney City Planner Mr. David Licht Acting Recordinq Secretary Mrs. Beverly Jespersen Approval Mrs. Nardini indicated that on Page 10 of the June S, 1983 minutes, of the last paragraph, the term "occupancy permit" in the second and Minutes fourth sentence should be changed to "building permit". Mrs. Nardini also indicated that on Page 16 of the June 8, 19a3 minutes under Agenda Item No.23, "Komdor prop~rty" should be changed to "Mondor property". Mr. Fahey indicated that on Paqe 20 of the June 8, 1983 minutes, third paragraph under Item No. 7 should read as follows: "Mr. Fahey stated that the City should call a hearing to determine if rezoning of the property is appropriate." Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-6-256 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 8~ 1983 COUNCIL MEETING AS CORRECTED. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Porsberg. Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberq, Scalze and Nardini. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 299. Page 1
