Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 303. <br />Personnel Mr. Sweeney discussed the Personnel Ordinance No. 212. He explained <br />Ordinance that the ordinance appearing in the aqenda is substantially~the <br />one written by Mr. Fahey and Mr. Chlebeck with the exception of <br />Page 10, Section 209.010 regarding permanent part-time employees. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />R~SOLUTION N0. 83-6-264 - ADOPTING <br />PERSONNEL ORDINANCE NO. 212. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Paqe 304. <br />Attorney Mr. Sweeney has no report regarding the use of sanitary sewer <br />easement until he receives a report from the County. <br />Mrs. Nardini questioned whether the City could send letters to <br />property owners with delinquent taxes. Mr. Sweeney could see <br />no problem with this. <br />Al1en Ave. Mr. Carley submitted a map of Mr. Senty's property with the <br />Senty location of Allen Ave. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />R~SOLUTION NO. 83-6-265 - AMENDING THE GRIP <br />PLAN OF MR.
