MINUTES <br />Council Meeting <br />Ju~e 22, 1983 <br />LeMay Mr. Carley reported that the petition for the LeMay Rd. is <br />Road adequate. He has submitted a feasibility report pertaining to <br />this improvement includinq the special conditions and financing. <br />He added that the plan was only a preliminary sketch. <br />Mr. LeMay is askinq the City to put in the road and assess it <br />to the property. <br />A letter has been received from Mr. & Mrs. Braham, 3025 Arcade St. <br />opposing the proposed road. <br />The Council discussed the proposal with Mr. Licht and the concerned <br />people attending the meeting. <br />Those attending the meeting in opposition to the proposed improvement <br />were: <br />Mr. & Mrs. Allen Sraham, 3025 Arcade <br />Mr. William Lane, 3021 Arcade <br />Mr. Oscar Lane, 3069 Arcade <br />Mrs. Madalen Merritt, 3091 Arcade <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-6-266 - ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT WHICH MR. CARLEY INDICATES IS ADEQUATE FOR <br />THE PROPOSED LEMAY ROAD. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 306. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-6-267 - CALLING FOR A HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED LEMAY ROAD ON JULY 27, 1983. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book NO. 9, Page 306. <br />Mr. Carley will draw a more accurate map of the property, including <br />the NSP easement. <br />Page 7 <br />
