MINUTES <br />Council Meeting <br />June 22, 1983 <br />Engineer Mr. Forsberg requested Mr. Locke to follow up on the swale at the <br />(Cont.) Flameburger. <br />Mrs. Nardini questioned the Engineer as to when they would be <br />putting the blacktop berm on both sides of County Road B2. This <br />will be started very soon. <br />Planner Mr. Licht discussed the proposed Shoreland Ordinance with the Council. <br />Shoreland <br />Ordinance Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RSSOLUTION N0. 83-6-269 - CALLING FOR A <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SHORELAND ORDINANCE <br />ON JULY 27~ 1983. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 308. <br />Zero Lot Mr. Carl Buechler has requested the split of a twin home for the <br />Line purpose of sale. <br />The Council discussed the zero lot line with Mr. Licht. He <br />recommended that zero lot line is a good concept. A discussion <br />was held pertaining to the one-ten concept and also that a <br />duplicate unit should differentiate in lot size. Mr. Sweeney <br />suggested that the City increase the square footaqe of a duplicate <br />unit lot so that when a subdivision comes in it would be all pro- <br />qrammed. <br />Manufactured 'fhe matter of manufactured homes ordinance was tabled for further <br />Homes study by the Planning Commission. The Council requested the <br />Planning Commission to take action on this matter within sixty <br />days. <br />Page 9 <br />
