MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA~ MINNESOTA July 27, 1983 Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council ot the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of July, 1983 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeY,ing and called it to order at 7:30 p.m, and the following were present at ro11 call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini MEMBER ABSENT: Councilman Mr. Dennis Forsberg ALSO PRESENT: City C1erk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck City Engineer Mr. Donald Carley ~ City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney City Planner Mr. David Licht Acting Recording Secretary Mrs. Beverly Jespersen Approval Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resoluti on and moved its adoption: of the Minutes RESOLUTION N0. 83-7-294 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JULY 13~ 1983 ~ COUNCIL MEETING The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 331. North Pursuant to Section 922.020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public Hearing Suburban was held to consider the following proposal for the North-Suburban Proposal development: Zoning District Amendment, Subdivision, Approval of (Schrier) Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permits, Planned Unit Development and Variances. The document presented was Notice of Publication, Page 10 of the agenda. 54 notices were sent out for the hearing.
