MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Ju1y 27, 1983 <br />Schrier The Planninq Commission has approved this proposal with a 7-0 vote. <br />(Cont.) <br />All persons were qiven an opportunity to be heard concerning this <br />matter. Those objecting were: Mark Schultz, 2617 Spruce St., Bill <br />Suche, 73 Co. Road C and Dennis Doody, 30 Co. Rd. C. Not objecting <br />was Mr. Cardinal, 56 Little Canada Road. <br />The Council reconsidered Resolution NO. 83-6-270 regarding the re- <br />zoning of a pie-shaped piece of property on County Road C, which <br />was not adopted at the June 22, 1983 Council Meeting. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-7-295 - CALLING FOR A <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE EVENING OF SEPT. <br />14~ 1983 FOR THE REMAINING PIECE OF <br />PROPERTY THAT BORDERS NEW COUNTY ROAD C <br />OL~D COUNTY ROAD C AND STARK STREET, <br />REZONING IT FROM R-3 TO R-1 OR R-2, and <br />DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO RESEARCH <br />AND REPORT ON THE CURRENT SITUATION OF <br />THE LAW. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution dec].ared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 332. <br />Mr. Chlebeck will obtain the legal description from Mr. Daubney. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-7-296 - DECLARING A <br />MORATORIUM ON ALL BUILDING PERMITS FOR <br />90 DAYS FOR THP ABOVE MENTIONED PROPERTY <br />UNTIL THE ZONING OF THF PROPERTY BE CLARIFIED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly secondefl by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 332. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-297 - CLOSING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NORTH SUBURBAN <br />PROPOSAL. <br />Page 2 <br />
