MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 10, 1983 <br />North Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Suburban <br />Proposal RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-332 - DIRECTING THE <br />(ConT,.) PLANNER AND ATTORNEY TO PREPARE A PUD <br />AGREEMENT WHERE NECESSARY IN THE <br />DEVELOPMENT. <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberq. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Scalze, Nardini and Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 354. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO, 83-7-333 - APPROVING THE <br />TOWN HOUSE AND QUAD AREA TO BE REZONED <br />FROM R-1 TO R-2. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Forsberq, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (1) Fahey. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 354. <br />The Planner will be submitting the ordinance. <br />Cable T.V. Mr. Donald Tarnowski, Little Canada Cable T.V. Coordinator, addressed <br />Tarnowski the Council with an update on the activities and cable construction of <br />the Group W of the North Suburbs, Inc. He submitted to the Council <br />a proposed budget for the North Suburban Cable Commission for 1984 <br />and a report by Group W. <br />Edward Buse Mr. Willard Buse appeared before the Council representing the Edward <br />Development Buse property as follows: Lots 16 thru 19, Block 2, Gervais HeighY.s <br />Addition. He would like to se11 Lot 16 at this time, however, this <br />1ot is not served by sanitary sewer or an improved road. The Council <br />discussed this situation with Mr. Buse and Mr. Carley. <br />Mr. Carley stated that DeSOto was a dedicated road and that the four <br />lots are platted. A feasibility report has been made on the sewer. <br />It was the opinion of Mr. Fahey that a hearing should be initiated by <br />the property owners rather than the Council. <br />Page 4 <br />
