MINUTES City Council August 10, 1983 North Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Suburban Proposal RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-332 - DIRECTING THE (ConT,.) PLANNER AND ATTORNEY TO PREPARE A PUD AGREEMENT WHERE NECESSARY IN THE DEVELOPMENT. The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberq. Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Scalze, Nardini and Fahey. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 354. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 83-7-333 - APPROVING THE TOWN HOUSE AND QUAD AREA TO BE REZONED FROM R-1 TO R-2. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. Ayes (4) Hanson, Forsberq, Scalze and Nardini. Nayes (1) Fahey. Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 354. The Planner will be submitting the ordinance. Cable T.V. Mr. Donald Tarnowski, Little Canada Cable T.V. Coordinator, addressed Tarnowski the Council with an update on the activities and cable construction of the Group W of the North Suburbs, Inc. He submitted to the Council a proposed budget for the North Suburban Cable Commission for 1984 and a report by Group W. Edward Buse Mr. Willard Buse appeared before the Council representing the Edward Development Buse property as follows: Lots 16 thru 19, Block 2, Gervais HeighY.s Addition. He would like to se11 Lot 16 at this time, however, this 1ot is not served by sanitary sewer or an improved road. The Council discussed this situation with Mr. Buse and Mr. Carley. Mr. Carley stated that DeSOto was a dedicated road and that the four lots are platted. A feasibility report has been made on the sewer. It was the opinion of Mr. Fahey that a hearing should be initiated by the property owners rather than the Council. Page 4
