MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Auqust 10, 1983 <br />Payment of Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Vouchers <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-7-344 - APPROVING THE <br />PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Scalze, Nardini and Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 363. <br />Revenue Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Sharing <br />Hearing RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-345 - CALLING FOR <br />A PUBLIC HEARING 'PO BE HELD ON S~PTEMBER <br />14~ 1983 FOR PROPOSED USE OF REVENUE <br />SHARING FOR 1984. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Scalze, Nardini and Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 364. <br />Budget Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Meeting <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-7-346 - SETTING THE <br />BUDGET MEETING AND HEARING FOR SEPTEMBER <br />28, 1983. <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Scalze, Nardini and Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 365. <br />Dianna Mrs. DeSai reported that their attorney advised them not to sign the <br />Lane agreement holding the City harmless in case of damages and personal <br />Planter injuries because they do not own thaY. part of the street. The <br />Council discussed this liability matter. <br />Page 9 <br />
