Mr , Dupree <br /> <br />Agenda reporCed that he pLanned to bri.ng in about 4,000 cubic yards of dirt< <br />Item No. 11 Mrs, Nardini asked the size of the property, The Clerk reporr.ed that <br /> i.t was .99 of an acre, therefore, the r.equest did not have to go <br /> to the Watershed. <br />Mr. Dupree reported that he witl take the topsoil and place it along <br />the edges of the property and in the baclc. <br />Mr. Dupree reported that he planned to use clean fill. Any bad soils <br />wouLd go i.n the back of. the propertye I)uprec is planning to build <br />an off.ice/warehouse on the property. <br />P1rs. ~ardini aslced if the City could specify that no blaclctop or concrete <br />be brought in, 'Phe Engineer. commented that concrete i.s considered clean <br />fil1. <br />Mr< Dupree commented that the Ci.ty would not ivant anythi.n~ organic brought <br />in and felt that blacktop used i.n moderation was ^ot a bad fi11, <br />The Engineer stated that the PCA has expressed concern over btacktop in <br />some cases, but not alcoays. The Engineer stated that he personaliy di.d <br />not have an objection to blacktop.
