BACK TO TAI3LE <br />Item No. 14 <br />The f,orep,oing resolution ~aas duly seconded by Mr. i~lanson. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, I-tanson, Forsberg, I'ahey, Nardi.ni. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Thi.s resolution appears i.n Resoluti.on Iloolc No. 9, Page 559. <br />The Planner reported that he has taken any references to boat:houses <br />out of the Shoreland ordinance. Also he has made some other mi.nor <br />changes to the ordi.nance that were requested by the DDIR, <br />Mr.. Hanson i.ntroduced the following resolution and moved its actoption: <br />RIiSOLUTION N0. £33-1.0-514 - APPROVING TtIE <br />REVISIONS TO ORDINANCL~ N0. 214 AS SLT FORTf{ <br />BY TI~I~ I?LANNER <br />The foregoinp, resolut~ion was duly seconded by Mrse Nardini, <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Nar.d:i.ni, Pahey, Porsberp,, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0), <br />Resolution decl.ared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in ResoluCi.on I3oolc No> 9, Page 560. <br />Schrier. The Planner reported that there i.s one change recommended in the <br />PUD Agreemen[ Schrier P1JD A~;reement and that i.s that Mr. Schri.er submit a bond <br /> for his i.mprovements to be helc! until. the improvements ar e compleCed <br />Ap,enda and accepted by the City, ALso the preliminary plat and landscape <br />I[em No. 15 plan wi11 be at[ached to t he PIJ D. <br />The Attorney stated that if the Council apprcves the PUD agreement, <br />he w:i.11 ge[ it in Einal form and signed by Schrier as soon as possiUle. <br />Mr. Pahey asked if the City could put the requirement o.f. the spri.nlcl.er <br />system i.n the agreement. The Attorney replied that the issue can be <br />raised. <br />The Planner. star.ed that Mr. Schrier has been planning £ar sprinlclers <br />and as he is anxi.ous to get poing on the project, he problbly will <br />not object r.o this. <br />Mr,.
