Vadnais pcinted out that there are insurance cost savings with <br />thise Vadnai.s also commented that some people wi11 argue that <br />a low income building cannot be built with this requirement, and <br />Vadnais felt that swimming poots and wall-to-wa11 carpeting are <br />items thati can be traded off in or.der to provide for the sprinlcler <br />system. <br />Nardini pointed out that it is being done in the senior citiz.en <br />building. <br />Mr. Ducharme stated that it does create a hardship for the small. <br />business. hir. Costa stated that it is nice to sit and spend someone <br />else's money, <br />Nardini pointed out that times change and the City has added to the <br />building code year after year. <br />Mr, Hanson thanked those present for their contribution. <br />Mr. I3oss commented that Appendix E will effect the Ci.ty in terms <br />of life saf.ety and fire protection for. the City.
