MINUTF.S TO THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA~ MINNPSOTA <br />January 25, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of ~the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />25th day of January, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Hanson chaired the meeting and called it ~to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />and the following were present at roll ca11: <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br /> Councilman Mr. Dennis Forsberq <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br /> (Arrivinq after ro7.7. call) <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> City Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br /> City Attorney Mr. James O'COnnor <br /> Ci~ty Planner Mr. David Licht <br /> Actinq Recording Secty. Mrs. Beverly Jespersen <br />Approval Mrs. Nardini pointed out on Page 22 of the January 11, 1984 minutes <br />of the in the paragraph regarding the Sign CommitY,ee Y.he followinq correction <br />Minutes should be made: the "Planner" will be coming in at the nexT Counril <br /> meeting wiY,h a proposed sign ordinance - rather than t,he "Siqn Committee". <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-1-36 - APPROVING <br />THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 11, 1984 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Forsberq, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 10, Paqe 43. <br />Buechler Pursuant to Section 922.020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public Hearing <br />PUD was held to consider the following proposal for the Car1 Buech].er PCID <br />Conditional Conditional Use Permit requesF,ing a zero lot line in order t.o spli~t <br />Use Permit a duplex for separate ownership. <br />The document present,ed was Notice oF Publica~tion. One person was <br />heard with reference to this mat:ter during t:his hearing.
