MINOTES <br />City Cotmcil. <br />March 14, 1984 <br />Freeway Mr. Kenneth Vohs appeared before the Council representing the Preeway <br />Land Co. Land Company. Mr. Vohs requested that the Council consider approval <br />of industrial revenue bonds for an addi.tion to their existing building. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 7_5 Mr. Pahey introduced the followi.ng resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RPSOLU'CION N0. 84-3-105 - CALLING POR A <br />PUI3LIC HEARING ON MARCH 28, 1984 A'P 7:50 P.M. <br />TO CONSTDF:R APPROVAL OF INDiJSTRIAL RL'VENUE <br />IIONDS FOR PRF,~[dAY LAND COMPANY <br />The foregoing resoluti.on coas duLy seconded by Mr. Porsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Iiahey, T'orsberg, Nardini, Hanson, Scalz.e. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears i.n Resoluti.on Boolc No. 11, Page 7.15. <br />Pol.i.cy On 1"tr. i'ahey reported to Mr. Vohs that the Ci.ty is consi.deri.n~; adopting <br />Industrial a policy that cahen industrial revenue bonds are requested, Chat the <br />Revenue Ci.ty requise that the conditions of Appendix P must be met in that <br />13onds development, whether ne~o construction or an additi.on. <br />Agenda Mrs. Scal.ze pointed ouL- that some cities will not consider industrial <br />Item No. 23 revenue bonds. Scalze also pointed out that Little Canada has not <br />aslced for anything i.n return f.or approving these bonds. <br />Mr.s. ~ardini did not feel that the City would be out of: li.ne requiring <br />that ~ppendix P: be met. <br />Mr..
