The City C1erl.c <br />commented that i.t may be nece.ssary to call a public hearing on <br />thi.s for the condomi.niums. <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out tliat a public hearin~; was not heLd on the <br />rest oL theproject. The Clerlc replied that thi.s was because the <br />assessments were negotiated. Mrs< Scalze suggested that the Ci.ty <br />negotiate the $3,500 ~oi.th the condomini.ums. <br />Mr. Pahey sug~ested that a letter be wri.tten to the condominium <br />owners~ and inform them of the $3,500 cost and see i.f. they wi11 <br />agree to the assessment. <br />The Attorney commented that if the City change-orders the pr.oject <br />and the condos will not pay, then a publi.c heari.n~; wi.ll have to be <br />held.
