Nardi.ni felt <br />A~;enda that t:he meeti.ng shoul.d just be a worlcshop for the Counci-1 to hassle <br />Item No. 21 over the sign qvestion. <br />P1r. Fahey suggested tltat the busi.ness community be informed that <br />this meeti.n~ is just for the Couucil to hassle over what they <br />can come up wi.th and [he Council is aware of: the recommendations <br />made by the Sipn Committee. <br />The Ci.ty Attorney pointed out that an amendment to the 7,oni.ng <br />Code would require f.our votes. <br />Preezing The City Clerlc recommended that the Council request thaC the <br />Government government ai.d formula be frozen for 1985. P9rs.
