'I'he Pngineer repli.ed that the drai.nage will. flow north and into the di.tch on County Road D. Mr. Peck reporCed that there wil.l be a 15 f.oot drainaf;e swa:il. on the rear. of the property and Pecl< explai.ned other contouring that i.s proposed. At that ti.me it was assumed that on 113 feet of: thf.s property there was an assessment. Rowever, it has been determinect that there is no assessment on the property. Mr. Pecic reported Chat there are three changes in his plat, the fi.rst bein~; that the County is renuiri.ng 1.0 f:eet of ad<liti.onal ri;ht-of-way on CounCy iZoad D. Also an add.i.ti.onal loC has been added, mal<ing Lot 7 the property under Che power Linc and Lot £S the propecty south of the po~.oer li.ne.
