'I'he Pngineer repli.ed that the drai.nage <br />will. flow north and into the di.tch on County Road D. <br />Mr. Peck reporCed that there wil.l be a 15 f.oot drainaf;e swa:il. on the <br />rear. of the property and Pecl< explai.ned other contouring that i.s <br />proposed. 'Cher.e wi.ll. also be a sw1i1 i.n the front of the property in <br />Ci..ty ri.ght-of-way. <br />Peclc further. reported that there wi.11 be three or Lour feet oF soils <br />excavated on the bui.ldi.n~; pads and there wi11 be contouring beCween <br />homes. <br />~ir. At that ti.me it was assumed that on 113 feet of: thf.s <br />property there was an assessment. Rowever, it has been determinect <br />that there is no assessment on the property. <br />Mr. Pecic reported Chat there are three changes in his plat, the fi.rst <br />bein~; that the County is renuiri.ng 1.0 f:eet of ad<liti.onal ri;ht-of-way <br />on CounCy iZoad D. Also an add.i.ti.onal loC has been added, mal<ing Lot <br />7 the property under Che power Linc and Lot £S the propecty south of <br />the po~.oer li.ne.
