Mr. Pahey aslced Vi.Ll.eaux how he f.elt about a car wash and parlci_ng lot on the Nardi.ni. property. Vi.lLeaux stated that he was not oppose<t to a business that orould not. bother the resi.dents of: the area. ~/i.lleaux stated that Mr. Durray has tri_ed to control. his bus:i.ness, but cannot: control. the ~eopl.e dri.vi.n~; around< Villeaux stated that if: tlie accesses to the parlci.ng lot and car wash were closer to Rice Street, there may not be a problem with Che proposal. Di.irray stated that he believed that tl~e entrances for Che off-site p~rlci_ng could be those as presently uti.lized f.or I.,oC 3.
