CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2025-PW39 <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD D <br />(GREENBRIER STREET TO COUNTY ROAD D CIRCLE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A feasibility report has been prepared with reference to the improvement of County Road D <br />(from Greenbrier Street to County Road D Circle) by road reconstruction with new asphalt <br />paving, new curb and gutter, new trail infrastructure, and spot improvements to the underground <br />utility systems. This report was received by the Council on December 18, 2024, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost- <br />effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of County Road D in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost to the City of Little <br />Canada of $164,000. <br /> <br />2.
