Section 917.030, D of Chapter 917 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />D. Application Submission Schedule <br />1. Generally, complete applications for a Conditional Use Permit, Variance, Rezoning, <br />Zoning, Text Amendment or Plat must be submitted to the Community Development <br />Department two weeks prior to the next meeting of the City Planning Commission. <br />This allows time for application review and refinement and newspaper publication of <br />the notice of the required public hearing. The Department publishes an annual <br />schedule of submittal dates, Planning Commission hearing/meeting dates, and City <br />Council meeting dates. <br />2. A complete application for Site Plan Review may be submitted at any time, as these <br />applications are not subject to review by the Planning Commission or City Council <br />unless they involve a variance, conditional use, plat, Comprehensive Plan amendment <br />or rezoning. <br />3. A specific schedule for the submission of applications in relation to scheduled <br />meetings of the Planning Commission and City Council is maintained by the <br />Community Development Department and made available to applicants at the pre- <br />application meeting. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Section 917.070 of Chapter 917 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />917.70 Conditional and Interim Use Permits <br />A. Purpose and Scope <br />1. The Conditional and Interim Use Permits process allows the City to impose <br />reasonable conditions on uses that are not normally Permitted in a given zoning <br />district but may be if the City Council judges that the established conditions would <br />be met. Such conditions are considered necessary to ensure compatibility between <br />the proposed land use and nearby properties or for the general health, safety and <br />welfare of the community. <br />2. Approval of a Conditional or Interim Use at a certain location does not mean the <br />same Conditional or Interim Use can be conducted on any other parcel in that <br />zoning district.
