MINU'PES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />August 22, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />22nd day of August in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it to order <br />at 7:30 p.m. and the following were present at ro11 call: <br />MEMBERS PRP:,SENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Councilman Mr. Dennis Forsberg <br />Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini <br />Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />MEMBER ABSENT: Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />City Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br />City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. David Licht <br />Acting Secretary Mrs. Beverly Jespersen <br />Approval Mrs, Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />of the <br />Minutes RGSOLUTION NO. 84-5-369 - APPROVING <br />THE MINUTES OF THG AUGUST 8~ 1984 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Nardini, Forsberq, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 389. <br />Picha Mr. Thomas Picha appeared before the Council requesting approval <br />Lot of a simple lot split of his property on 3046 Greenbrier St. <br />Split The Council discussed the recommendations of the Planner. Mr. <br />Picha agreed that he would have no problems with these recom- <br />mendations. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-370 - APPROVING THE <br />PICHA LOT SPLIT BASED ON THE 7-0 VOTE <br />BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AND CONTINGENT <br />ON THE CONDITIONS OF THE PLANNER'S RPPORT <br />REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF TH~ DRIVEWAY AND <br />A SIX FOOT EASEMENT ON THE PERIMETER. <br />Page 1 <br />
