MINU'PES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA August 22, 1984 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of August in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following were present at ro11 call: MEMBERS PRP:,SENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson Councilman Mr. Dennis Forsberg Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze MEMBER ABSENT: Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck City Engineer Mr. Donald Carley City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney City Planner Mr. David Licht Acting Secretary Mrs. Beverly Jespersen Approval Mrs, Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: of the Minutes RGSOLUTION NO. 84-5-369 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THG AUGUST 8~ 1984 COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. Ayes (4) Nardini, Forsberq, Hanson, Scalze. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 389. Picha Mr. Thomas Picha appeared before the Council requesting approval Lot of a simple lot split of his property on 3046 Greenbrier St. Split The Council discussed the recommendations of the Planner. Mr. Picha agreed that he would have no problems with these recom- mendations. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-370 - APPROVING THE PICHA LOT SPLIT BASED ON THE 7-0 VOTE BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AND CONTINGENT ON THE CONDITIONS OF THE PLANNER'S RPPORT REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF TH~ DRIVEWAY AND A SIX FOOT EASEMENT ON THE PERIMETER.
