Ayes (4) Forsberg, Hanson, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book NO. 11, Page 390. <br />Behr Pursuant to Section 922.020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public <br />Home Occupancy Hearing was held to consider the Special Home Occupation Permit <br />Permit for Mr. Terrance Behr for the sale of ridinq mowers and appli- <br />ances at 2717 Noel Drive. <br />Mr. Hanson opened the Hearing presentinq the Notice of Hearing <br />and the mailing list. A petition was presented by six neighbors <br />stating that the business was not a nuisance to their property. <br />Two letters were received by neighbors not in favor of granting <br />a Special Occupancy Permit. No persons attended to be heard in <br />reference to this matter. <br />The Planning Commission denied the request on a vote of 7-0. <br />The Council discussed the parking problems and noise in the <br />neighborhood. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 84-8-371 - CLOSING TE3E <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE TERRENCE BEHR <br />SPECIAL HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 391. <br />Mr. Hanson introduced the followinq resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-372 - DSNYING <br />THE TF.,RRENCE BEHR <br />OCCUPATION PERMIT. <br />SPECIAL HOME <br />The Poregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 391. <br />Page 2 <br />
