MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 22, 1984 <br />Carle The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />(Cont.) Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 400. <br />Flameburger <br />Landscaping Mr. Forsberg complained that the Flameburger on Rice St. has <br />never finished landscapi~g. The City Planner will check on this <br />matter. <br />Attorney Mr, Sweeney reported that the Good Neighbor case wi11 go to court <br />and there will be a decision in three months. <br />The McCumber fence matter is in suit and Mr. Sweeney is in the <br />process of setting the deposition. <br />Sprosty Mrs. Nardini reported that Mr. Sprosty sent a letter stating that <br />he would have everything done by ~ugust 1, 1984 and he has not <br />completed the clean-up. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTZON NO. 84-8-385 - INSTRUCTING <br />TH~ ATTORNEY TO CONTACT MR. SPROSTY <br />BY LETTER INSTRUCTING HIM TO HAVE ALL <br />EXCAVATING COMPLETED~ TIMBERS REMOVED <br />FROM STORAGE ON HIS PROPERTY~ AND DUMP <br />TRUCK~ EXCAVATING GQOIPMENT~ ETC. REMOVED <br />FROM HIS PROPERTY BY OCTOBER 1, 1984. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (3) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Nayes (1) Forsberg. . <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 401. <br />Demont Ave. Mr. Sweeney read the statute reflecting that the County may by <br />resolution revoke any County Highway which then becomes a street of <br />such City. <br />The Council discussed the expense that would be derived From the <br />restoration and maintenance of Demont Avenue as a City Street. <br />Page 8 <br />
