MINIJTES Ci.ty Counci.l Sept, 26, 1984 Durray Mrs. Nardini_ commented that she cannot voL-e on the Durray proposal (Cont.) as she still owns the property, Nardini pointed out that the proposal wil7. need f.our votes for passage and the Mayor i.s not present at the meeting. The City AtT.orney agreed with Mrs. Nardini's sCatements. Mr. Porsber~; commented that the Mayor indicated that he would 1i.ke the drainage issues addressed on this. The Engineer stated that their recommendation is that the pi.pe run into the ditch and connect to the Peterson's culvert under their dr ive*aay. Mr< Durray stated that he had no probl.em with this recommendati.on. Mi.ss Petier.son stated that she would lilce to see a scoail along k~er property line. Mr. Durray replied that his engi.neer has provided this along the entire len~th of. che property Line. There will also Ue curbin~ in the parlcing lot to pr.event this water from draini.ng onCO t:he Peterson property< Miss Peterson poi.nted out that Mr. Anderson is regr.a~~n~ hi.s property. As tlie Council does not Itave suff:i.ci.ent members present to act on the Durray proposal., Counci7. decided to table action on the request until the next Counci.l meeti.ng when the Mayor wi11 be presente Mr. Porsberg intr.oduced the LolLowing resoluti.on and moved its adoption: RP.,SOLlITION N0. 84-9-42E3 - TABLING ACTLON ON TH.F, DURRAY CONDITIONAL US18 PERMI'P AND PUD REQUEST POR TI10 WP;EKS The Eoregoing resoluti_on was duly seconded by Mr.s. Sct~lze. Ayes (4) Pahey, Forsber~, Scalze, Nardini. D1ayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. Thi.s resolution appears i.n Resoluti.on Boolc No. 11, Page 4~42. Ttem No. 6 Mrs, Scalze i.ndicated that she intends to abstain from voting on Che proposal as she i.s a nei.ghbor of PSr. 13unde's.
