MINIJTL:S <br />Ci.ty Counci.l <br />Dec. 17, 1.9£34 <br />Tom's Auto Mr. Por.sberg poi.nted out that the City has requisecl fencing and <br />Sales (Cont.) screening that would not normal.].y be requised. <br />Mr. Pahey commented that the natur.e of the use i.s not bei.ng changed, <br />Mr. Tubbesi.rg is just adding parki.n~ spaces. <br />Mrs. Scalze commenteci that this is a used car Lot and this is not <br />what Che City approved i.n the first place. <br />Mrs. Nardini. po:i.nted out that the Building Inspector has not seen these <br />plans. <br />P4r. I'orsberg commented that the previ.ous businesses that have been in <br />this location had a lot more cars in Che parki.ng loC and there were <br />no compl2i.nts about thi.s. <br />Mr. P'ahey su~;~;ested that the si_te plan be approved pendi.n~ approval <br />by the i~ui.ldinn Inspector, <br />Nardini pointed out that the number of. parki.ng spaces have been <br />increased f.rom 13 spaces to 19. <br />Mr. Pahey commented that the Bui.lding Inspector can determine the <br />maxi.mum number o£ spaces 111owed under the ordinance and this is <br />a ll. that woul.d be per.mitred Mr. Tubbesing. I'ahey stated that he i.s <br />not troubled with the concept as i.t i.s a per.mi.tted use under the <br />zoning. <br />Nardini pointed out that the Council pLaced limitati~i.ons on the ].icense. <br />P1rs. Scalze stated that Mr. Tubbesi.ng pr.esented tha[ most of the cars <br />were pre-so1d. <br />Mr. Forsberg pointed out that the City clid not require landscaping oL <br />Tom Thum~~.
