The City of <br />Crystal. stated t:hat they have a low coater loss, while Rosevi.ll.e's <br />l.oss is hi.gh and they do not know why. Glanze,r stated that a <br />water loss between 8 and 15% i.s average. <br />Mr. 13lesener stated that the Public ~dorks Department i.s also looki_ng <br />at i.ts meter. <br />Mr. Glana.er stated that he cvoulct ].ike to put a meter i.n the booster <br />stat~ion to see thc~~ amount of water that the Ci.ty is pumpi.ng. Then, <br />the City would have somethi.ng to compare. <br />A1r. Fahey sugpested that Glanzer chectc the existing meter and also <br />get a pricc on a meter Eor the 6ooster station. <br />Brady's On Mr. Pahey reported that he recei.ved another complaint Lrom the <br />Rice nei.ghbors o£ Eirady's last ni.ght concerni.ng the noi.se. Therefore, <br />~tr. Pahey requestecl that thi.s i.tem be placed on the agenc.ta so that <br />A~;enda the problem couLd be discussed with Mr. Grod~i.n the owner of flr.ady's, <br />9ddi.ti.on <br />Mr. Fahey felt tk~at the noi.se problem was hir. Grodi.n's T.o correct <br />to the sat.i.sfaction of the neighbors. Pahey sCated that if <br />compl.ai.nts continue to be received, he would be in favor of <br />suspending I3rady's entertainment Li.cense. Hoorever., Pahey hoped <br />that some understanding could be achi_eved. <br />Mr. Grodin commented that every time he has received a complai.nt, <br />he has turned the sound down. <br />Mr. Fahey suggested that Mr. Groc.iin hire a sotm d exper.t to determi.ne <br />what the problem ~i.s t:hat Che nei.ghbors are exper:iencinp, this noise. <br />Some of the nei.ghbors spolce i.nformi.n~; the Counci.l of the noi.se <br />problems they are having. <br />Mr. Grocli.n requested that he be able to go and,li.sten to the problem, <br />the next time it happens. <br />Mrs. Jespersen submitted to the Counci.l a letter that one of the <br />other neighbors has wr:i.tten ouT.l.ining the same pr.oblem. <br />Mr. Pahey st:ated that the City would ].i.l<e to stay out of the matter, <br />but i.t has a responsi.Ui.li.ty to everyone i.n the City. <br />Mr..
