Mrs. Scal.ze noted that to go with a lease/purchase agreement <br />would have an i.ncreased cost oE $3,700 over a three-year period versus <br />the outright purchase. At the end of the three-year period under the <br />I.ease/purchase opti.on, ti~e City would own the equipment. <br />Page -7.- <br />
