Miller commented that this would seem to enhance security for staff as well. He asked if residents <br />renting a facility would then receive a key code on their rented date, rather than receiving a hard key as <br />they currently would. The Parks and Recreation Director confirmed that renters would be given a code <br />to access facilities during their rented time and noted that code would then expire at the end of that <br />day. <br />D. Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2024-12-159 — APPROVING THE PROPOSAL FROM ELECTRO <br />WA TCHMAN FOR KEYLESS ENTR Y A T CITY FA CILITIES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kwapick. <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />D. Miller provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Cable Commission. <br />Kwapick provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Rush Line Corridor Task Force. <br />Gutierrez commented on the tour of the Fire Department's new ladder truck prior to this meeting. <br />Mayor Fischer provided an update on the nine cities meeting he recently attended. He stated that this <br />would have been the last formal meeting of Council Member Teresa Miller and thanked her for her <br />service on the Council. <br />ADJOURN <br />There being no further business, upon motion by D.
