MINUTES OF THE REGULAR M~ETING <br />CITY COIJNCIL <br />LITTL~ CANAUA, MINNL~SOTA <br />May 8, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and noti.ce thereof a regular meecing of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />F3th day of May, 1985 in the Council Chambers oL the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Agenda Mayor Richael Fahey chaired tk~e meeting and caLled it to order at <br />Item No. 1 7:30 P.M. and the following members were present at roll ca11: <br />Agenda MEMBERS PKliSEN'L: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Item Noe 2 Councilman Mr. Wi.lliam Illesener <br /> Councilman Mr. Rick Collova <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. I3everly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRGSENT: Gity Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> City Atlorney Mr> Thomas Sweeney <br /> City Engi.neer Mr. Donald Carley <br /> City Planner Mr. David Licht <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. KaChleen Glanzer <br />Approval Mrs. Nardini felt that the following sta tement should be adde<i to che <br />Of The minutes of the April 24 Council meeting on page 19 under the Harsted <br />Minutes and McCullough matter: <br />Agenda "Mrs. Nardi.ni. suggested that the property could be developed <br />Item No. 3 from Park Street or County Road C without the office building <br />using the 59 f.eet of fronCage along Rice StreeC." <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its acloption: <br />RBSOLUTION N0, 85-5-207 - APPROVING TII~ <br />MINUTES OP THE April ?4, 1985 COUNC'tL <br />MEETING WITII THE OUTLINED ADDITION <br />The foregoing reso].ution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, I3lesener, CoLLova, Fahey~ Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution IIook No. 12, Pa~e 207. <br />Mr. Blesener i.ntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-5-208 - APPROVING THE <br />MINU'PES OF TI{F.
