Ron L,achenmeyer of I3uri<e Lane stated Chat he was concer.ned that <br />[he resi.ctenti.al nei.ghborhood would never happen and preCty soon Mr. <br />Lee would be requesting i.ndustrial for the area. Mr. Fahey replied <br />that the City will requi.re a bond to be put up for the construction <br />of. the street. In that way, if Mr. Lee does not build Che road, Che <br />City wi.ll coJ.lect the bond and put the road in. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that the bond should k~ave a ti.me period on it. <br />A memUer of the audience menti.oned that Mr. Fasciana would Iilce <br />Light Industrial. zoning for his property and thi.s was menCionecl aC <br />the Ylanning Commission meeti.ng. Lachenmeyer stated thaC Pasciana <br />wants the road to go into 13urtce Lane. <br />Mr. Lee staCect that I'asci.ana caants the Lee property industirial and <br />that Lee should have to purchase the Pasciana property for. a resi.denCial <br />buf:£er zone. Mrs. 'Pi.mmons stated Chat Fasciana wanted the City to force <br />this i.ssue. <br />Mr. 7och again expressed concern for a11 oL the right-of-caay comi.n~; <br />f:rom his side of Conduit.
