Mr. Fahey replied that the City will requi.re a bond to be put up for the construction of. the street. In that way, if Mr. Lee does not build Che road, Che City wi.ll coJ.lect the bond and put the road in. Mrs. Scalze stated that the bond should k~ave a ti.me period on it. Lachenmeyer stated thaC Pasciana wants the road to go into 13urtce Lane.
