Mrs. Scalze pointed out that the Counci.7 held a workshop meeti.ng on thi.s area and thc~~ majori.ty of. Pahey stated that the owners expressed concern that the Counci.l. control what i.s developed on this property. D1r. Durand stated that the propcsCy is basi.cally unbuil.dable and i.s basicall.y an ouCdoor storage piece of property. Durand sCated that Centervi.lle Road i.s a 9-ton road and there is currently tructc traffi.c on this road. Mr.. Blesener again staCed that however the property bepins to develop, that i.s how the area will end up. The CiCy is looking for a hi.gher. ~rade o£ i.ndustri.al development.
