Costa est:imaCed that this would be a loss of revenue oL $300,000 <br />per year for Che City i.n tar,es. Costa stated that thi.s is raisi.ng taxes <br />in the City and the Ci.ty cannot afPord to lose .~p300,000 in taxes per <br />year.
