Franic Frattalone stated that <br />(ConC.) he and Mr. Ceclca getve an extra 100 feet and iE the roact ~;oes Chrough, <br />they would want Chis back. <br />Scalze pointed out that the ori.ginal park plan only rec~uested property <br />to the east. Scalze stated that the road shoul.d be run through, <br />which wi.ll. push the ballfic:ld over and then a wallcway easement should <br />be given to the City. <br />Mr. Fahey suggeste<l that perhaps Messrs. Cecka, P'rattalone, Peterson <br />and SoEi.e should get together and discuss the matCer. Mr. Ceclca fe1.C <br />that Lhi.s was not appropri.ate. Cecka stated thaC he has an approve<t <br />plat and the Sofie/Peterson proposal may never go Chrough. Cccka <br />sCated that he is a~i1l:i.ng to run Thunder Day Road Chrough. The C~i.Cy <br />Clerlc stated that Mr. Ceclcl has prelim:inary plat approval, <br />Mre Iilesener statec! Chat: he Lelt the Soiie/PeCerson proposal should go <br />Chrough Co La}3ore J3oad. <br />Mr. Noslco aslced if the CiCy would accept the provi.sion for E~ture access <br />to Lal3ore Road. Mr. Filesener stated that this was not acceptable to <br />the people on Greenbri.er and Payne Avenue who would still be Laced with <br />a CrafLic problem. <br />Mrs. Underbaklce-Kubera commented [I~at there are a lot of sma11 chi.ldren <br />in the Payne Avenue area and safety on this street should be considered< <br />Underbakke-1Cubera also commented that the City should not Ue loolcin~ at <br />a park under power lines. <br />A member of the audience asked i.P Payne Avenue was a le~al street as <br />he has heard comments to the contrary. Mr. Fahey repli.ed thaC it c•Jas <br />a Lenal street. <br />Mrs. Scalze staced that she EeLC Ontari.o Road should go througl~ to <br />LaI3ore Road. <br />Mrs. Nardi.ni suggesCed that perhaps the cul-de-sac to the south could <br />be shortened to a 500 foot cul-r,le-sac. <br />Mr. Pahey sCated that if access is provided from Thunder f3ay Road, there <br />woul? be no good-faith basis to deny such a proposal.. Pahey stated that <br />l~e would like to see access to the south provided and put through when <br />the properCy to the south develops. <br />Scalze felt i.t wouid Ue poor planning on the Ci.ty's part not to put <br />the acce.s through at this ti.me.
