MzNVrrs <br />City Council <br />July 10, 1935 <br />Klidzejs The City Attorney reported that he has researched the records regarding <br />Tasement the Klidzejs easement. The Klidze js property is Torrens, but the easement <br /> coas recorded on abstract property. The Attorney stated that the question <br />Agenda as he sees it is how wide does the City want the road. The L:ngineer <br />Item No, 15 felt that the traveled por.ti.on is 30 feet ~oide. <br />Mr. Klidzejs stated that when his son buiLt his home the City requested <br />8 1/2 feet of addi.tional easement and noco he has 33 1/2 FeeC of easement <br />on his side of. the center line oI the road. <br />The Attorney commented that the easement appears to be a pri.vate one, <br />and he could not obtain a copy of it. <br />Mr. Fahey a~;reed that Che City should determi.ne how much road ri.ght-of- <br />way it wants and go from there. If the city does not need this £3 1/2 <br />feet it should give it up. <br />Mr. Pahey suggested that the Engineer Look :into this maCter. <br />Mrs. Scalze t.hought that the additional right-of.-way was requested <br />when Twin Lake Trail went i.n< Scalze suggested that the minutes be <br />researched regarding Twin Lalce Trai1. <br />The Attorney suggested that the Gngi.neer plat the road out and see <br />ho~a the easements conform. <br />Mr. Kl.idzejs stated that he is still interested in dividing his property. <br />Mr. rahey suggested that Kl:idzejs meet with the f~uilding Inspector on <br />this i.ssue. <br />ltecess At this po:int in the meeting, 9:0£3 P.M., Council took a short recess. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 9:17 P.M. <br />Zi1ge/ Mr. DeF)ace requesCect that the Council reconsi.der his proposal. <br />DeBace Drl3ace stated that he has modified the proposal so that it will conform <br />Plat (Cont.) to CiCy Code. <br />The Planner. quicl<ly revie~aed the proposal and felt that it did conform. <br />Mr. Fahey stated that if the proposal is considered a different plat, <br />a new public hearin~; would be required.
