MINIJTES <br />City Counci.l <br />July lo, 1985 <br />Zi.lge/UeBace The foregoi.ng resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini, <br />Plat (Cont.) Ayes (5) Collova, Nardini, ScaLze, L'ahey, Blesener. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />7'hi.s resolution appears in Resolution Boolc No. 12, Yage 340. <br />~tr. Pahey pointed out that the new proposal eliminates the <br />combination of the back lot with Outlot D. 'The new proposal <br />i.s for three Lots and meets City Code. <br />Mr. I3lesener introduced the follo~ving resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RGSOLUTION NO> 85-7-336 - APPROVING TtIE DeBACE/ <br />'I.ILGG YRELIMINARY PLA'P AS RP~VISED WHICH CttGA'LliS <br />LO'PS 1, 2, AND 3, llLOCK l, VADNAIS LAKG VILLAS <br />SUEIJECT TO ANY RGCOMML~NDATIONS OI' THE CITY PLANNER <br />AND ELIMINATES THT' COMf3INA'PION OF PORMER AACIS LOT <br />1 WITH OU'PLOT D AND NOW MP~TS ALL ORDINANCES <br />The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) IIlesener, Scalze, Nardini, Collova, Pahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopCed. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution tlook No, 12, Page 341. <br />Mrs. Nardini asked when easements would be provi.ded. The City Clerk <br />stated that the drainage easements are on Che preliminary plat and <br />the proposal is being processed as a plat. The Planner agreed that <br />easements are automatically part oE a plat. <br />Mrs. Scalze inf,ormed Mr, DeIlace that a par(c charge is reqtrired. <br />The Park Commission has recommended cash rather than land and the <br />City will. have to revieca the purchase agreement to determine the <br />amount oL the charge. <br />Mr. DeBace stated that he would like approval to build and before he <br />begi.ns construction he would pay the park charge. DeBace aiso informed <br />the Cowicil that his purchase a~;reement does not contain a doll.ar <br />amount. Mrs. ScaLze replied that then the Council would need an <br />appraisal of the property. <br />Mr. DeBace stated that he would Like to discuss the park charge and <br />try to agree on an amount with the City before going to the expense <br />of an appraisal< <br />Mr. Fahey suggested that lleI3ace could provi.de the City wi.th an <br />affidavit of the purchase pri.ce of the property. <br />Yage -11- <br />
