UeBace pointed out that building coverage would only be <br />20% of the land. <br />Mr. Fahey felt Chat if the Counc~il a~~proved ttie request, Che second <br />buildinb should be sprinklered. Mrs, Nardini pointed out th2t this <br />is already required by Appendix E. Pahey commented that he would <br />want this stated in the PUD agreement. <br />Mr. DeAace poi.nted out that Chey would be Leaving 20 feet for sewer <br />easemenC, and would be willing to do whatever else is required. <br />DeBace stated that he wi11 comply ~aith Cit.y Code and if the Council <br />insists the buildi.ng be spri.niclered, he will sprinkler it. <br />Mr< Fahey felt thaC the property was not being overdeveloped with <br />20% of land coverage. Fahey agreed that i.f the property coere rectangular <br />there would have Co be a compeling reason for not ,just actdin~; on to <br />the bui.lding.
