Resolution declared adopteda This resolution appears in Resolution IIook No. 12, Page 463< Vitale Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing on the Vitale fence variance requeste Fence Variance Mr. Vitale appeared before the Council and requested that he be allowed to put up an 8-foot fence along his back property Line which fronts on Agenda County Road C. Item No> 4 Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission and the I3uilding InspecCOr liave recommended approval of the request. Mr. Vitale reported that Mr. Frank Frattalone and the other property owners baclcing on County Road C from Jessica Court would also like an 8-foot f,ence along their back property linese Page -1-
