MINUTBS City Council Sept. 25, 1985 Vitale Council informed Mr. Vitale that the hearing was called for his variance Pence Variance request and the neighbors would have to make application f.or a variance (Cont.) and another public hearing caLled for their requests. Mr. Vitale asked if he had to leave the cyclone fence up that is currently on the back of his property. Mr. Blesener stated that he believed the fence was the County's and he would have to make a request of the County for removal of the fence. Pahey suggested that the City approve the variance request subject to Kr. Vitale's getting approval of the County to remove the cyclone fence. Ms, Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 85-9-450 - CLOSING 'LHE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VITALE FGNCE VARIANCE RHQUEST The foregoing resolution was duLy seconded by Mr. 131esener. Ayes (5) Nardini, Illesener, Collova, Fahey, Scalze. Nayes (0). ResoLution declared adopted. 'Ihis resoluti.on appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 464. There was no one present objecting to the Vitale fence variance request. VARIANCE IS REING GRANTED DUE TO TtiE TRAFFIC ON COUN'tY ROAD C AND T}IE CLOSE PROXIMITY OF A MAJOR ARTERIAL TO TftE VITALF. PROPERTY AND ALSO FOR TIIOSF, REASONS AS STATED IN TtiE BUILDING INSPECTOR'S REPORT DATED SEPTEMBGR 5, 1985 The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by Mr. I3lesener.
