MINUTE5 <br />City Council <br />Oct. 23, 1985 <br />Strohbeen <br />Property <br />(Cont.) <br />Bongiovanni <br />& MWCC <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Water On <br />Keller PKWY <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE N0. 268 - AMENDING THE ZONING CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA TO PROVIDE <br />CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Blesener, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Ordinance declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey reported that Mrs. Bongiovanni is having difficulties with <br />the MWCC regarding the use and damage of her parking lot in connection <br />with the sewer interceptor line. <br />Mr. Blesener pointed out that Mr. Brinkman signed an easement with <br />the MWCC for the use of this area. <br />Mr. Fahey reported that he has indicated to Mrs. Bongiovanni that <br />this was between her and the MWCC and the contractor and that this <br />was not a City project. Mrs. Bongiovanni has indicated that she will <br />contact these parties to try to resolve the matter. <br />The Building Inspector indicated that the pipe and equipment is <br />on the Water Department property. Ms. Nardini.stated that she would <br />like to see a map that shows who owns what property in this area. <br />Mr. Jack Radford and Mr. Victor Hanson appeared before the Council <br />and reported that they would like City water. These gentlemen <br />indicated that they could probably get an easement through the Homer <br />Dole property and bring the waterline down from LaBore Road. <br />Mr. Blesener asked if Lakeside Court would be interested in water. <br />Blesener suggested that the City Engineer look at the whole Keller <br />Parkway area and see which is the most economical way to water the <br />area. Blesener asked for alternatives and costs. <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out that there was a proposal to bring water <br />down Arcade Street at one time, but Mr. Frattalone was against it. <br />Mr. Frattalone stated that he would be in favor of such a proposal <br />if he did not have to bear the brunt of the assessments. <br />Ms. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-10-519 - INSTRUCTING THE <br />CITY ENGINEER TO INVESTIGATE VARIOUS WAYS <br />TO SERUE THE KELLER PARKWAY AREA WITH WATERMAIN <br />Page -12- <br />
