MINUTES City Council Oct. 23, 1985 Sound The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. Barriers Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Nardini, Scalze, Blesener. (Cont.) Nayes (0). Resoluti.on declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 552. Binding The City Clerk has requested authorization to purchase a binding Machine machine for $355. Agenda Mr. Fahey commented that he preferred the Council agendas in file Item No. 20 folders rather than as bound reports. Fahey asked the Clerk what other use he would have Eor the machine other than Council agendas. The Clerk though he would use the machine for Park Commission reports and that the bound reports would enhance the City's position when making grant applications. Council did not feel that the machine would be used very much. Fahey stated that he was not convinced that the City needed the machine. Council left the matter open at this point pending a further report from the City Clerk. Approving Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Vouchers RESOLUTION N0. 85-10-524 - APPROVING THE Agenda VOUCHERS Item No. 15 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. Ayes (5) Blesener, Nardini, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 553. Second Council discussed the possibility of rescheduling the ser.ond meeting Meeting in November as it fal.ls on the day before Thanksgiving and Mr. Collova In November will not be able to attend that meeting. Agenda It was the feeling of the Council that since the public is accustomed Addition to meetings being held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month that the meeting should not be rescheduled. A1so, Mr. Collova will try to make arrangements so that he can attend the meeting. Page -27-
