MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Oct. 23, 1985 <br />Sound The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Barriers Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Nardini, Scalze, Blesener. <br />(Cont.) Nayes (0). <br />Resoluti.on declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 552. <br />Binding The City Clerk has requested authorization to purchase a binding <br />Machine machine for $355. <br />Agenda Mr. Fahey commented that he preferred the Council agendas in file <br />Item No. 20 folders rather than as bound reports. Fahey asked the Clerk what <br />other use he would have Eor the machine other than Council agendas. <br />The Clerk though he would use the machine for Park Commission reports <br />and that the bound reports would enhance the City's position when <br />making grant applications. <br />Council did not feel that the machine would be used very much. Fahey <br />stated that he was not convinced that the City needed the machine. <br />Council left the matter open at this point pending a further report <br />from the City Clerk. <br />Approving Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Vouchers <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-10-524 - APPROVING THE <br />Agenda VOUCHERS <br />Item No. 15 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Nardini, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 553. <br />Second Council discussed the possibility of rescheduling the ser.ond meeting <br />Meeting in November as it fal.ls on the day before Thanksgiving and Mr. Collova <br />In November will not be able to attend that meeting. <br />Agenda It was the feeling of the Council that since the public is accustomed <br />Addition to meetings being held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the <br />month that the meeting should not be rescheduled. A1so, Mr. Collova <br />will try to make arrangements so that he can attend the meeting. <br />Page -27- <br />
