MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Mov. 13, 1985 <br />Park Mrs. Scalze asked the status on the park dedication fees for Larry Lee <br />Dedication and Bob Zilge. The City Clerk reported that these have been collected <br />Fees as part of the building permit fees. The Clerk also reported that <br /> the City got appraisals on the Lee property and a copy of the purchase <br />Agenaa agreement on the Zilge property. <br />Addition <br />Scalze asked about the fee on the Dave Frattalone property. The Clerk <br /> replied that nothing has come in on this yet and suggested that perhaps <br /> the property is being rented. <br /> Fahey stated that the City cannot have two principle uses on one piece <br /> of property. Fahey suggested that the Building Inspector look into this. <br /> Fahey suggested that the Clerk send a letter to P4r. Frattalone and inform <br /> him that the City has no indicattion that the property has been subdivided <br /> and the lot split should be filed and park charges paid in order to <br /> keep operating. <br />Other Scalze asked if the topos on the Mosted prop~rty were ready. The Engineer <br />Business replied that they will be ready by the next meeting. <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Scalze suqgested that additional data be put on cable. Scalze suggested <br /> that the Historical Society might want to put information on cable. <br /> Nardini informed the Council that the cost of a second cable box has <br /> gone up from $2.95 per month to $5.95. <br />Economic Mr. Fahey reported that Mr. Larry Lee and Mr. Joseph Vitale have <br />Development expressed interest in serving on the City's Economic Development <br />Committee Committee. Fahey suggested that these gentlemen be appointed. <br />Agenda Fahey also suggested that the first meeting be set for Tuesday, <br />Item No. 19 November 26 at 6:30 P.M. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the followingresolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-11-446 - APPOINTING LARRY <br />LEE AND JOSEPH VITALE TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />COMMITTEE ALONG !~dITH TNOSE PREVIOUSLY APPOINTFD <br />AND CALLING THE FIRST MEETING FOR NOVEMBER 26 AT <br />6:30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Blesener, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appearsin Resolution Book No. 12, Page 574. <br />Page -19- <br />
