MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUDICIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />November 26, 19II5 <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 1 <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 2 <br />Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 3 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, P4innesota was held on the <br />26th day of November, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. and the <br />following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilwoman <br />Councilwoman <br />City Clerk <br />City Attorney <br />Consulting Engineer <br />City Planner <br />Recording Secretary <br />P9r. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Donald Carley <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Mr. Blesener indicated that the follo~aing corrections should be made <br />to the November 13 Council meeting minutes: <br />On page 7, 5th p~ragraph, the last sentence should be <br />changed to read "~9r. Blesener did not feel there would <br />be a lot of activity in the woods caused by the apartments." <br />On page 12 at the bottom, the minutes should indicate <br />that the Engineer did not recommend alternative three <br />which relates to obtaining water from LaBore Road <br />down to Keller Parkway. <br />Ms. Nardini suggested the following corrections: <br />On page 9 the various figures used for the Winter property <br />fronting on Rice Street should be amended to read 384 feet. <br />On page 17, 4th paragraph, last sentence, should be <br />changed to read "Nardini pointed out that cars may be <br />returning after the employees have left the building," <br />The City Clerk pointed out that the resolutions were misnumbered and <br />should read 536 through 548. <br />Ms. Nardini introduced the following resolution and movecl its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-11-549 - APPROVING TNE MINUTES <br />OF THE NOVEMQER 13, 1985 COUNCIL P4EETING WITH THE <br />OUTLINED CORRECTIONS <br />Page -1- <br />
